Order Cancellation by HAMSALOOMS: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as: • Product unavailability • Errors in pricing or product information • Payment issues • Suspected fraudulent activity RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Thank you for shopping at HAMSALOOMS! Each piece is crafted with care, and your support means the world to us. Please note: As we are a small boutique unit, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, returns may be accepted only in the following exceptional cases: 1. You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered). 2. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery. In these cases, please follow the return process below: RETURN PROCESS (Strictly Conditional): To be eligible for a return, you must fulfill all of the following requirements: 1. Opening Video is Mandatory • You must record a full unboxing video starting from the sealed package. • The video must clearly show the unsealing of the parcel, product condition, and any issues (wrong item/damage). 2. Intimation Timeline • You must email us at hamsaloomsboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with: • Order ID • Unboxing video • Clear images of the issue 3. Review & Approval • Our team will review the video and images within 3-5 working days. • If approved, we will initiate a return pickup and refund (or send a replacement if applicable). ⚠️ Important Information • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available – all orders must be prepaid. • To process any return request, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory, regardless of the concern raised. • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. • Requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. • Returns or exchanges will not be entertained for reasons such as size issues, slight color variations, or change of mind. • Please note: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or individual screen/monitor settings.
